We hope that these measures give you confidence that we are taking the necessary precautions in this evolving situation. We remain committed to providing you and your family with a clean environment and excellent service.
All experiences are private for you and your group to ensure your safety. This means that only your friends and family will be playing with you in your experience.
6-feet social distancing is marked in the lobby, briefing rooms, and hallways. Staff will maintain at least a 6-foot distance with all guests.
We've increased the time in between each experience for cleaning and sanitization. We disinfect after every episode and group. Restrooms and high touch point areas will be disinfected hourly.
We are following the occupancy limits to be in compliance with state and local requirements. No groups will be mixed or make contact while inside our stores.
All employees are trained in CDC safety guidelines and will be wearing masks/facial coverings. Hand sanitizer is available and is encouraged for all staff and guests to use.
